Pekapeka bolo tie, patina on solid bronze, braided leather cord with gold tips.

The Pekapeka (short and long-tailed bat) is our only native mammal. It is associated with Rarohenga and is a symbol of protection for the wearer.

Please note that the bronze will tarnish over time and develop a patina. These can be unique and beautiful and can be left as is or re-polished.
